Here at Kruse Control, our work with clients is a collaborative relationship. We know exactly who we are and what we can do, together.
Are you ready to begin this journey together?
We’ve been doing social media strategy for many years and we’re contacted regularly for help and guidance. We LOVE helping companies and individuals clarify their message so customers engage.
We’ve found over the years that, through no one’s fault, there are a few situations where we are unlikely to provide high value.
No one solution can be all things to all people, right? So why not be transparent about who we’re not a good fit for? It saves you time and effort in your quest to find the solution that works best for your company.
Kruse Control is likely not a good fit if…
1. You’re looking for a mass-produced, cookie-cutter solution.
Participation in partnerships is requisite. A passive approach fosters poor connections with prospects, which causes them to seek connections elsewhere.
Our belief is that social media, in all its forms, is a conversation between buyer and seller and as such, we don’t offer a “turn-key solution.”
We work with you to clarify your message so customers engage.
2. You’re looking only for the lowest price.
Here at Kruse Control it’s our intention to work with clients where we can deliver the absolute highest value.
Social media strategy is a highly sought after skill. There are companies that charge less than we do. There are companies that charge more than we do and return less results. If you’re basing your decision on price alone, we’re not a good fit.
3. You’re focused on short-term results.
There are providers who choose tactics and tools over strategy and promise unrealistic social media results. In our experience, tactics never provide lasting results and often, precious time and money are wasted.
Social media is a revenue stream. Content is a company asset.
Kruse Control helps you define goals and meaningful metrics to establish true ROI. We create social media strategy to leverage every possible opportunity for long term success.
If you’re looking for a quick fix, we’re not a good fit.
4. You don’t have buy-in.
We’ve discovered after many years that when the company’s leadership are not 100% supportive of social media, the chance of success diminishes considerably.
Buy-in from the top is vital. Employee buy-in is also. The best content comes from within the “four walls” of your company and employees are crucial to capturing those moments.
If you want buy-in, and are struggling, we can help facilitate buy-in with training. If you’re not committed buy-in, we’re likely not a good fit.
5. You’re not 100% convinced of the value in social media.
Social media has evolved into a valuable tool to attract and engage today’s hyper-connected buyers. But there are many people who aren’t quite convinced of its value.
Everyone arrives to the party when they’re ready. If you’re not fully convinced it’s time, we’re not a good fit.
6. Your company culture isn’t ready.
In today’s connected environment, you really need to be open for business.
In the past, many companies were successful in spite of a dysfunctional culture. Today, customers trust employees more than any other representative of the company. Poor company culture can become apparent quickly on social media. Customers want to know more about company culture today and often buy from those they align with.
Some company cultures are not ready for the social media klieg light.
If your culture lacks an authentically positive, customer/employee-centric culture, then your company is likely not ready to reveal itself online.
We’re here to help.
